How do i book a cleaning service?

Booking is easy! You can schedule your service through our online booking portal, call us at 123-456-7890, or send us an email at support@azureclean.com. We'll confirm your appointment and send you a reminder before our team arrives.
How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It's completely up to you! Many of our clients provide us with a key, lockbox code, or garage code, allowing us to clean while they are at work or away. The safety and security of your home and access information are our top priorities.
Are cleaning supplies and equipment included?

Yes! Our teams arrive fully equipped with high-quality, professional-grade cleaning supplies, equipment, and microfiber cloths. If you prefer we use your specific supplies (e.g., for allergies or personal preference), please let us know in advance.
How do you screen your employees?

Every member of our team undergoes a rigorous screening process, including background checks and personal interviews. We invest in thorough training to ensure they are not only trustworthy but also experts in cleaning efficiency and safety.
What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with any aspect of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional cost to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payment is conveniently processed after the service is completed, unless otherwise arranged for recurring cleans.
